Following Jesus comes with a cost, but the reward is far greater. True discipleship may involve persecution, sacrifice, and hardship, but the eternal reward of being with Jesus is worth it all. In Acts 20:24, Paul says, 'However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace.' This verse highlights the dedication and focus required to follow Jesus.
